Royal Challengers Bengaluru vs Lucknow Super Giants – IPL Match 50 Highlight – 07 May, 2026
The IPL clash between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Lucknow Super Giants on May 7 honestly had that proper high-pressure feeling from the very first over. It didn’t even feel like a normal league game at times. The crowd was loud, players looked tense, and every boundary suddenly felt massive because playoff talk was everywhere online.
RCB started aggressively with the bat. Their top order clearly wanted to dominate the powerplay and for a while it worked beautifully. Boundaries kept coming, fans inside the stadium were loving it, and Lucknow’s bowlers looked slightly rattled. But cricket changes quickly. A couple of wickets in the middle overs slowed Bengaluru down more than expected and suddenly the innings looked less comfortable.
Lucknow’s chase was strange too. They had moments where the game looked fully under control, especially during one dangerous partnership that shifted pressure back onto RCB. Then came a collapse nobody really saw coming. One batter mistimed a big shot, another got trapped trying to force the pace, and the required rate slowly became ugly.
Final overs were chaotic. Fielders shouting everywhere, batters swinging hard, crowd reacting after every ball. In the end, Bengaluru handled those tense moments a little better and somehow escaped with the win.
