Dhaka Capitals Vs Chattogram Royals – Match 9 Highlight – Jan 2, 2026
Second day of the new year and yeah… this one already had that “anything can happen” vibe. Dhaka Capitals vs Chattogram Royals not the cleanest game, but definitely a gripping one.
Dhaka went in to bat first and started… okay-ish. A couple of good shots early, but nothing too dominant. It felt like they were always just about to take off, and then wicket. That pattern kept repeating. Middle overs got a bit slow, and suddenly the total looked average at best.
Chattogram’s chase began with more intent. A few aggressive shots, better energy… but cricket being cricket, it didn’t stay smooth for long. Quick wickets brought Dhaka right back into the game, and you could sense the pressure shifting again.
For a while, it was just back and forth. One good over, then a quiet one. No team really in full control.
But Chattogram found that one steady partnership. Nothing flashy, just smart cricket. Rotating strike, picking the right moments… and that was enough to get them through.
Dhaka had their chances… just couldn’t hold it together at the end.
