Rajshahi Warriors Vs Chattogram Royals – Final Match Highlight – Jan 23, 2026
Finals are strange. Sometimes the cricket almost feels secondary because everyone is carrying so much tension.
That was pretty much the feeling when Rajshahi Warriors and Chattogram Royals walked onto the field. Before a ball had even been bowled, you could sense how much was riding on the match. A trophy was waiting at the end of the night, but only one dressing room was going to celebrate.
Rajshahi made a decent start. Nothing too wild, nothing reckless. Just trying to settle into the occasion. There were a few lovely shots that got the crowd going, though every boundary seemed to be followed by a moment that pulled the game back into balance. Chattogram never allowed things to get comfortable.
What stood out most was how nervous both teams looked at times. That’s not criticism. Finals do that. Players who normally look calm suddenly rush a single or mistime a shot.
The chase had a similar feeling. Every run felt important. Every wicket felt huge.
As the overs disappeared, the noise around the ground kept growing. Fans were standing. Fielders were shouting. Even simple deliveries seemed to carry extra weight.
The result eventually went one way, but for most of the evening it genuinely felt impossible to know who would end up lifting the trophy.
Those are usually the best finals. Not necessarily the prettiest. Just the ones that keep everyone guessing until the very end.
