Zimbabwe Women Vs Pakistan Women – 2nd T20I Match Highlight – 12 MAY 2026
The second T20I between Zimbabwe Women and Pakistan Women on May 12 had a very different feel compared to those flat matches where one side dominates from start to finish. This one stayed alive almost the whole way, and honestly, that made it fun to watch even with all the mistakes both teams made.
Zimbabwe looked more confident early on. Their batters were rotating strike better, taking fewer risks, and for a while Pakistan’s bowlers seemed slightly frustrated. But cricket changes fast. One wicket broke the rhythm, then another came soon after, and suddenly the innings slowed down badly. There were too many dot balls in the middle overs and pressure started building naturally.
Pakistan’s chase wasn’t perfect either. A few careless shots gave Zimbabwe hope again, especially when wickets fell close together. The crowd noise picked up, fielders became louder, and every single felt important near the end. But Pakistan stayed calmer during the important overs and managed to edge ahead before things got too messy.
It definitely wasn’t polished cricket all the time. Some poor fielding, a couple of strange decisions, nervous batting under pressure still, that’s kind of what made the contest feel real instead of scripted.
