West Indies Vs India – 3rd T20I Match Highlights – 11 Oct 2026

India had 223 runs on the board, but for a while, it was hard to feel completely comfortable. West Indies have shown in this series that they can chase big totals, and the third T20I in Indore was another reminder of that. This time, though, India managed to defend their score and won by 14 runs.

Abhishek Sharma gave India the innings they needed, hitting 69 from only 30 balls. Ishan Kishan kept the scoring rate high with 37 off 18. India looked set for an even bigger total, but wickets kept falling. Tilak Varma’s run-out for 28 was particularly frustrating, as he seemed to lose track of the ball after Kamil Pooran stopped it near the boundary.

West Indies had two useful contributions from Shimron Hetmyer (43) and Kamil Pooran (42), but neither could take the chase deep enough. Arshdeep Singh picked up three wickets, while Naman Dhir claimed two.

There was still some drama at the end. Shamar Springer smashed 35 not out from just 11 balls, including four sixes, but the target was already slipping away. West Indies finished on 209/7, leaving India 2-1 up in the series. Arshdeep’s timely wickets made the difference on a night when India’s bowlers had little room for error.
