Rajshahi Warriors Vs Rangpur Riders – Match 8 Highlight – Jan 1, 2026
New year, same chaos… honestly, this match had everything. Rajshahi Warriors vs Rangpur Riders and yeah, it didn’t go in a straight line at all.
Rajshahi batted first and started pretty well. A few clean shots, some confident intent… it felt like they were setting up nicely. But just when things looked smooth, wickets started falling. Not a collapse, but enough to mess with the rhythm. Middle overs slowed things down a lot.
Still, they found a way to push at the end. A couple of late boundaries, some quick runs… and suddenly the total looked competitive again.
Rangpur’s chase? Bit of a rollercoaster. They began strongly, hitting a few early boundaries that got everyone excited. Then, out of nowhere, a couple of wickets. Pressure back on.
From there, it got tense. Really tense. Dot balls, tight fielding, crowd noise… everything building up. For a moment, it felt like Rajshahi might defend it.
But Rangpur didn’t panic. One steady partnership, just rotating strike, picking the right balls to attack… and that made all the difference.
Rajshahi fought hard, no doubt. Just couldn’t hold on till the end.
