Honestly, the match today between India and England was just a complete joke. Nobody expected it to be this one-sided, but England basically just handed the game to India without even fighting.
They had to bat first, right? And oh my god, the openers looked like they had never seen a moving ball before. Bumrah was just running in and breathing fire, taking three wickets before anyone could even settle down. The middle order tried to stop the collapse, but it was just sad to watch because they couldn’t even rotate the strike. Every single batsman who tried to hit big just ended up throwing their wicket away. They got bundled out for a miserable 168.
When India came out to bat, the target was just too small to cause any panic. Rohit and Gill started off a bit slow just to see the pitch, but once they got set, it was just easy boundaries everywhere. Gill fell early, but then Kohli came out and looked in absolute vintage form. He was just placing the ball into the gaps whenever he liked. India wrapped up the entire chase in 32 overs with 8 wickets left.
